Walking the Last Mile to Reentry Program

Walking the Last Mile to Reentry Program

The Georgia Department of Labor's USDOL-funded Walking the Last Mile to Reentry program (WTLM) is transforming lives and strengthening communities. Focused on metro Atlanta— DeKalb, Fulton, and Gwinnett counties—we empower individuals to rejoin the workforce and reintegrate after incarceration with the Georgia Department of Corrections. Through employment readiness, job placement, and strategic partnerships, we turn the last mile of reentry into the first step toward a brighter, more resilient future.
