Minors in Entertainment Portal
The Department's new registration system is now available to employers and minors in the entertainment industry. All such employers and minors must complete registration in order to comply with state law and regulations.
The Georgia Department of Labor's new Rules for Minors in Entertainment (Rule 300-7-1) are effective as of January 3, 2018 and available at the Georgia Secretary of State's Rules and Regulations of the State of Georgia.
