Houston Career Center Temporary Closure

The Houston Career Center will be temporarily closed today, November 6, for planned maintenance. The Career Center will reopen Monday, November 9.  

During the closure, customers can:

• File or check the status of their Unemployment Insurance (UI) claim by visiting the MyUI Claimant Portal.
• Contact our Customer Service team at 877.709.8185 for further assistance.
