Weekly Payment Requests by Phone (IVR) Ending June 8

Starting June 8, 2026, weekly payment requests using the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system will no longer be available. You can still request payments through the MyUI Claimant Portal or by completing and submitting the Weekly Request for Payment (DOL-421) paper form by mail or in person.

Requesting weekly benefits online is the preferred method for faster payment processing. Resource computers are available at all Georgia career centers to help claimants submit requests online.
