Now Available: IRS Form 1099-G

The Georgia Department of Labor has released IRS Form 1099-G information for tax year 2025. Only individuals who received unemployment benefit payments during the period January 1 - December 31, 2025, were issued a 1099-G.

Individuals who elected to receive the IRS Form 1099-G electronically can access their forms for current and previous tax years through the MyUI Claimant Portal. An email notice has been sent to individuals with an email address on their claim account. Forms have been mailed to the address listed on the account for individuals who did not opt in for electronic delivery.

Individuals who previously opted out may update their election to receive the form electronically by accessing the 1099-G Opt-In link on the MyUI Claimant Portal.
