IRS Form 1099-G for 2024 Now Available

The Georgia Department of Labor has released the IRS Form 1099-G information for tax year 2024 for individuals who received unemployment benefit payments during the period January 1 - December 31, 2024.

Individuals who elected to receive the IRS Form 1099-G electronically can access their form for current and previous tax years on the MyUI Claimant Portal. The form will be mailed to the address listed on the account for individuals who did not opt-in for the electronic form.

Individuals who opted out may update your election to receive an electronic 1099-G, for unemployment benefits received in 2025, by accessing the 1099-G Opt In link on the MyUI Claimant Portal.
