Employer Tax Notices: Available Soon

The Employer UI Tax Rate Notices are released annually to the Employer Portal by December 31. GDOL no longer mails these notices to employers. Employers must be registered on the Employer Portal to gain access to tax rate information and other online services.

To manage your unemployment tax account efficiently, log in to the Employer Portal. The portal allows you to:

• View tax rate notices
• File quarterly tax and wage reports
• Pay unemployment taxes
• Submit employer-filed claims
