System Outage November 9-10

The Georgia Department of Labor has scheduled a system upgrade to begin on Saturday, November 9, 2024 at 7:00 AM through Sunday, November 10, 2024 at 3:00 PM. During this time period, all of our applications and online services will temporarily unavailable.

The following applications and services will not be available during the system outage:

  • All online self-service applications. Some major services affected include:
    • Apply for work opportunity tax credit;
    • File an unemployment claim;
    • Claim Weekly UI Benefit Payments via Internet and Telephone;
    • Submit Weekly Work Searches;
    • File Quarterly Employer Tax and Wage Reports and Make a Tax Payment

We anticipate our system to be fully operational beginning on Sunday November 10, 2024 after 3:00 PM.
