Hurricane Isaias is expected to strengthen as it moves across the Gulf, with landfall forecast along the northern Gulf Coast late Friday or early Saturday. Georgia could see heavy rain, gusty winds, flash flooding, and isolated tornadoes from Friday night through Sunday, with the strongest impacts expected Saturday.
