GDOL Online Applications and Services

The Georgia Department of Labor will be performing a scheduled system upgrade starting Friday, November 15, 2024, at 3:00 PM through Saturday, November 16, 2024, at 5:00 PM. During this time, several of our applications and services will be temporarily unavailable.

The following applications and services will be affected during this period:

• Filing an unemployment claim
• Claiming weekly UI benefit payments via internet and telephone
• Submitting weekly work searches
• Applying for the work opportunity tax credit
• Filing quarterly employer tax and wage reports and making tax payments
