Proposed Rulemakings

Proposed rulemakings are rules that are being considered for adoption by the Georgia Department of Labor. Prior to adoption rules must be formally initiated and submitted for a public review period of at least 30 calendar days.

  • OCGA 50-13-4(a)(5) - regulatory cost and alternative analysis
