Georgia Foreign Labor Certification Information
As part of the transfer of all Wagner-Peyser activities to the Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG), the Georgia Department of Labor (GDOL) has announced the transition of Georgia's Foreign Labor Certification (FLC) Program to WorkSource Georgia, a program led by TCSG's Office of Workforce Development. This collaboration involves the transfer of all program responsibilities, staff, and activities, effective January 1, 2024.
As part of the transition, WorkSource Georgia now assumes the responsibility of providing employers with the U.S. Department of Labor's mandated foreign labor certification process services, which includes dedicated support to employers navigating the temporary foreign labor H-2A and H-2B processes.
To ensure the uninterrupted workflow of job orders and scheduled inspections, Foreign Labor Certification employers will receive comprehensive communications and program notifications via email and TCSG's FLC webpage.
