Schedule an Appointment
If you would like to speak with a member of our Georgia Department of Labor (GDOL) team regarding your claim, please use our Online Appointment Scheduler.
You will be directed to our appointment page to provide general information and schedule a 2-hour window where a GDOL representative will contact you about your claim. We ask that you are considerate of the 2-hour time slot and remain available during that period. Please keep your questions related to the issue at hand allowing us to serve as many customers as possible. Representatives will not be able to resolve issues that require an eligibility review or appeal hearing. The GDOL launches additional slots each Monday morning at 8 am for the following week. All times are in eastern time zone.
